14.02.2019 · When I log into the 3CX Web client and select "WebMeeting" from the left hand side menu I see a message which reads : "Portal not found: " MYCOMPANY -uk.3cx.net" , so I'm unable to log in and use the webmeeting. This did previously work, and has stopped sometime in the last 6 weeks or so. I'm the admin for two 3CX systems, one works, one doesn't.

Solved - Trying to make 3CX Webmeeting work | 3CX ...

20.03.2020 · It turns out that web meetings are not hosted by the 3CX server (local PBX) but go through webmeeting.3cx.net. I checked and my server can ping this resource. I thought there might bit a SSL certificate issue since we were using a self-signed one, but even after replacement we are still not able to connect.
