2019-5-8 · I did the intro quests for Pandaria (the ones from Hero’s Call board), but had to go back to Orgrimmar for business, and now I have no idea how to get back. Level 85. The portal in the Valley of Honor is not there, and I do not have access to the new portal room, and all the portals in Cleft of Shadow are gone.

Is there a portal to the blasted lands from Orgrimmar?

For Horde the portals are located in Orgrimmar - The Cleft of Shadow (The big cave that's in the center of Orgrimmar). If you're to low level you might not see any of the portals. You need to be at least 58 level for Outland and 90 level for the Iron Horde Invaded Blasted Lands.
