12) Press and release the AXS button on any remaining greyed-out components to connect them to the AXS Mobile App. Tech Tip | A greyed-out component indicates it is in sleep mode and does not have an active connection to the SRAM AXS Mobile App. This is normal.

Pairing Eagle AXS, eTap AXS, or Reverb AXS components together only takes a few minutes and it allows each component to communicate with one another to actuate a shift or a dropper post. Pairing AXS components together is also required when adding the system to a bike profile in the SRAM AXS Mobile App.
